The second bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, quality furnishings, a TV with DVD player and an accompanying guest bath. Policies
To secure your reservation a deposit of 50% of your total stay is required. The remaining balance is due one week before your scheduled check-in date.Payment Policy
A valid credit card will be required to reserve the property. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. If you prefer to pay by check or money order you may do so and your credit card will only be used for a security deposit.Check-In Policy
Check-In time is 3pm the day of arrival. An earlier check-in may be arranged if the town home is clean and ready. Upon receipt of your final payment you will recieve an entry code to unlock the town home. The deadbolt will be unlocked the day of your arrival and only the code will be required for entry. You can lock the deadbolt from inside the town home for added security.Check-Out Policy
Check-Out time is noon, however, a later checkout may be arranged if the town home is not rented the night of your departure. We ask that you at least load the dish washer, bag all trash, and return any displaced furniture to it's original location when you leave.Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date are entitled to a 100% refund. If you find that you need to cancel your reservation within 30 days of your scheduled stay, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accomodate you.
